Course description : The Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional(PMP) credential is recognized as the universal standard of the profession. Many organizations now require their project management professionals to be PMP-certified.
This intensive bootcamp will give you the information, knowledge and the experience that you need to pass the PMP/CAPM exam. We will provided you with the necessary information about the pre-requisites, exam process, reviewing the various chapters of PMBOK and typically related questions. Also during the bootcamp we will practice similar PMP/CAPM exams.
Target Audience : All people who planned to get a PMP/CAPM certificate in the near future.
Course Objectives : After taking this course you will be able to:

Course Pre-requisites : Participants should have:
- at least two years of Project Management experience or
- followed an introduction Project Management workshop followed by at least two other Project Management related training, such as Risk Management, Quality Assurance within projects, Project Leadership, Project Financials etc;
- read the Project Management Body of Knowledge (Fifth edition).
Course Setup : This course is a 5 day course. In general the layout is as follows:
- Session 1 (1 day): Intake PMP exam to define the emphasis on the various topics to be addressed, Deciphering the PMBOK structure, Initial PMP knowledge test
- Session 2 (3 days): In depth discussion on each of the 10 PM knowledge areas. Each knowledge area will start with an overview presentation and discussion, followed by Frequent Asked Questions. At the end of each session a topic related exam will be taken using the PMP Exam Q&A toolkit. Profession Responsibilities and Ethics as defined by PMI will also be discussed in this session.
- Session 3 (1 day): Recap of all process groups and taks defined in each knowledge area, a full exit PMP exam and recommendation on how to pass the exam.
