Course Description :

Business analysts are increasingly involved in pre-project activities to ensure that solutions to business problems reflect the organization’s business strategy. This programme on Strategic Enterprise Analysis provides a practical framework to understand business strategy in order identify business needs, problems and opportunities. The application of the framework results in the identification and definition of initiatives to meet business needs and the justification of the investment necessary to deliver possible solutions. The activities include analyzing core competencies, performing customer value analysis, performing process management, examining the IT architecture, and evaluating the project portfolio. The course also examines the impact of service oriented architecture (SOA) on the enterprise architecture.
